Textbook Purchases |
|
Refunds cannot be made for books that are specially ordered for a customer.
Refunds will not be issued after the add/drop period is over. Please be aware of the last day to add or drop a class.
If instructors have ordered the text as required, there will be no returns unless you have dropped the class or have switched to a section that does not require that text book.
If your textbook has a software or audio disk included, a refund can only be made if the packet the CD is in is UNOPENED.
New textbooks must be free of any marking (i.e. highlighter, pen, pencil).
If you purchase a textbook that is encased in shrink-wrap, please confirm that you will be using that text in class before you open it. The book CANNOT be returned after the wrapping is removed. |

Refund Methods |
| A customer returning a book within the time and in the condition allowed by the bookstore return policy can receive an immediate refund. The customer must provide a valid bookstore receipt. A customer who paid cash can have cash back, providing the amount is less than $100.00. Any refund over $100.00 must be performed through accounts payable, and will be refunded in a check, that will be mailed to the customer. This is necessary due to the small amount of cash on hand at the bookstore. A customer who paid by check must wait ten business days to receive their cash refund. A customer who charged books to their student account must have books credited to their account.
*You MUST have a receipt to receive a refund. Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued without a receipt*
